1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ox999 platform — including the website at ox999.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interface — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the ox999 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ox999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. ox999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ox999 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ox999 following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the ox999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and ox999.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ox999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ox999 is an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the ox999 platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not doing so in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other individual, organisation, or entity. You are registering and betting solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ox999 or from any other gambling platform under a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are not an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of ox999, nor are you a close family member of any such person, for the purposes of promotional offers and competition eligibility.

ox999 employs age verification procedures as part of its know-your-customer (KYC) process. All players may be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents confirming their date of birth prior to making withdrawals or at any time at ox999's reasonable request. Acceptable identification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ox999 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any of the information you have provided changes. ox999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ox999. Duplicate accounts detected by ox999's compliance systems will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You agree to notify ox999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• ox999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.
• Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for verification. bKash and Nagad mobile wallet numbers are commonly used as both the contact number and the primary payment method on ox999.

As part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations, ox999 may request supporting documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension until the matter is resolved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ox999 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, betting stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service. Deposits credited within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawals processed to your bKash wallet within the timeframes specified in ox999's current withdrawal schedule.
• Nagad — Government-backed mobile wallet operated by Bangladesh Post Office. Deposits and withdrawals handled with equivalent priority to bKash.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service. Available for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile financial service. Available for deposits and withdrawals subject to ox999's current payment schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard — International debit and credit cards accepted for deposits. Withdrawal availability for cards is subject to ox999's current processing arrangements.

The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed within your ox999 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. ox999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own fees, which are outside ox999's control.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check. ox999 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Players are responsible for ensuring that withdrawal requests are made to a payment method registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances and will be declined.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ox999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot titles, seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and an ongoing loyalty programme. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only real-money funds that exceed the required wagering threshold may be withdrawn.
• ox999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in response to evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Players who are found to have exploited bonuses — for example by opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in profit regardless of outcome, or using automated tools to complete wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Each player is entitled to claim each individual welcome or new-player bonus once only, regardless of whether a new account is created. Repeated attempts to claim new-player bonuses are classified as bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games designated by ox999 and will expire at the end of the period stated in the promotion terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ox999 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing ox999's policies or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the ox999 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event through any means, including collusion with other players, use of exploits, or interference with ox999's software or systems.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the ox999 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit by exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms, where such activity is in breach of specific promotion terms.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ox999 platform, including its software, databases, APIs, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ox999 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

ox999 employs fraud detection and compliance monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review. ox999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving suspected criminal conduct connected to the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ox999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period requested by ox999's compliance team.
• A player's own voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools available within the account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
• Extended account inactivity, as defined by ox999's current dormancy policy, which is communicated within the account dashboard.
• A legally binding instruction from a competent authority, court, or regulatory body requiring ox999 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed by ox999 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining real-money balance may be subject to forfeiture following a full investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following identity verification.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from ox999 may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any associated funds.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ox999 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ox999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

ox999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While ox999 invests significantly in infrastructure reliability and security, temporary unavailability may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical incidents, or circumstances beyond ox999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in a game being settled incorrectly or a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, ox999 reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the original stake to the player's account. This applies to all product verticals on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.

ox999's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ox999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit ox999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.
